  1. Légumes 

  2.  Couper les légumes en rondelles, en dés ou en lamelle et les faires cuire à la vapeur
  3. Faire revenir l’ail dans une poêle à l’huile d’olive
  4. Rajouter les légumes cuits à la vapeur puis faire revenir avec du cumin, paprika, gingembre et du curry
  5. Ajouter quelques gouttes de citron à la fin de la cuisson
  6. Boulgour

  7.  Cuir dans dans une casserole avec de le jus de cuisson des légumes puis rajouter un peu d’huile d’olive à la fin de la cuisson
