- Couper les légumes en rondelles, en dés ou en lamelle et les faires cuire à la vapeur
- Faire revenir l’ail dans une poêle à l’huile d’olive
- Rajouter les légumes cuits à la vapeur puis faire revenir avec du cumin, paprika, gingembre et du curry
- Ajouter quelques gouttes de citron à la fin de la cuisson
