0/0 Étapes réalisées- Verser le jus végétal tiède dans un récipient, rajouter le vinaigre de cidre puis laisser agir quelques minutes,
- Rajouter l’extrait de vanille, la purée de bananes (sans cuisson, juste les mixer), l’huile de coco et fouetter,
- Verser le sucre de dattes ou sucre de coco, cannelle, farine, poudre d’amande, poudre à lever et la pomme coupée en petits dés
- Mettre dans des moules à muffins, rajouter des graines et hop au four préalablement chauffé à 180 degrés pour 15 minutes ou un peu plus.
