  1. Crumble
  2. Faire revenir la crème de la farine complète, le beurre et un peu de cannelle dans une poêle jusqu’à ce que ça se transforme en grumeaux puis retirer du feu
  3. Fruits
  4.  Couper la pomme et la banane en rondelle puis les disposer dans un ramequin
  5. Ajouter le crumble dessus
  6. Enfourner au four (150°) jusqu’à ce que le crumble soit doré
  7. Coulis
  8.  Ecraser la fraise avec l’eau de fleur d’oranger , cannelle ( rajouter quelques gouttes de clémentines si la fraise n’est pas très sucrée)
